After implementation of Vaidyanathan Committee report in our state and the guidelines communicated by NABARD for implementation of a uniform H.R.Policy and the staff requirement assessment for each DCCB of the state as per the recommendation of Mitra committee, RCS (Odisha) has issued the H.R.Policy incorporating the staff service rule 2011 in terms of order No.15251 dated 27.07.2011 and accordingly the present position of the bank is here under.
